Custom Socks FAQs

How are the limited edition custom socks created?

At UNIQSocks we only use Elite Fit Crew Socks. They are customized using a special process. This process does compress the padding on the foot, however after a few wash/dry cycles the padding is revitalized. It is not a perfect process, and natural wrinkles in the socks may result in blank parts at the bottom of the foot  (which is not seen when worn). All socks are not created equally, we apply our designs to our best efforts. For some designs, absolute cohesiveness is not guaranteed.You can only find our custom socks at UNIQSocks and not in any retail stores!

How do I wash my socks?

For the best results we recommend to follow the steps below

1. Wash inside out with cold water

2. Hang dry or tumble dry with low heat

 Will my socks fade?

As long as you follow our recommended washing instructions you will be fine.Our customization process ensures the longevity of your item(s). Please note, compression material on our Elite socks is tight-fitting. When stretched over a thicker than average leg, the design will stretch as well. To circumvent this we prestretch each and every sock before putting our designs on them to maximize the clarity of the image.

What payment methods do you accept?

We gladly accept payments made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

It takes approximately 2-4 days to create your order due to high demand. Each sock is made to order. Once they are created they will be immediately shipped out via USPS. You will be notified once we ship your order via e-mail and include the tracking information. We make every effort to get your socks to you as soon as possible!

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving original purchase (socks must be unworn and in original packaging for an exchange/return).For health and sanitation purposes, we unfortunately do not accept returns of items that have been tried on.If there is a mistake with your order that was on our end we will gladly fix it. What shipping method do you use?

All orders are shipped through USPS via First Class or Priority Mail once the order has been processed. We are a customization business, and items will be processed in the order in which they were purchased. Once processed, shipping may take 3-4 business days. Quicker shipping options (such as next day air) are available at request. Please email Info@UNIQSocks.com for any inquiries regarding shipping.

When will my order arrive?

We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times. We are based in Florida  so shipping times may vary depending on your proximity to the East Coast, your package may arrive within 3-4 business days after your order has been processed. You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Is International shipping available?

How can I track my order?

All orders are shipped with tracking. Information, such as tracking numbers, is sent to the email you checked out with through our store. Please check your spam folder, or email Info@UNIQSocks.com for further help.
